Day 1 of the post summer health kick has already seen K demand chocolate, audible tummy rumblings from both of us and forcing a stupidly healthy Pret salad down on the train. Yuk.
This morning started well with Special K, skimmed milk and 20 sit ups before dressing. Now, up north and editing a programme which is going out in less than 24 hours (cue stress) it's definitely the right time of day to consume a sugar filled chocolate bar or at least a packet of crisps...
